The TrueFIT™ Custom Mask is made from an impression, or mould, which is taken of the central features of your face.  It is around this impression that we will construct your mask. The impression we take is very specific and highly detailed to ensure a perfect fit for your face. 
 
Acurest does use selected third parties to take client impressions/mouldings. Please see the information below for details regarding these services.
 
The TrueFIT™ Custom Mask is exclusively available from Acurest. Acurest is based in Brendale on the northern side of Brisbane, Australia. To access the TrueFIT™ Mask, you will need to first make an appointment to have your face moulded.
 
 
 
Important! Before being moulded:
 
  •  Please resolve all your questions and concerns about your TrueFIT™ Mask.
     
  •  We prefer to make TrueFIT™ Masks for people who have experience with nasal CPAP masks. If you are unsure whether or not you can use a nasal mask, please discuss this with Acurest or your sleep clinic/doctor before being moulded.
     
  •  If you are considering any facial surgery, please remember that your TrueFIT™ Mask will be moulded to fit your face EXACTLY. If you have surgery after being moulded or after you receive your mask, your mask may not fit you as before and we cannot make adjustments.
 
 
 
Impression/Appointment Locations
 
There are currently three options for appointments for impressions/mouldings within Australia:
 
  1. Come to our  offices in Brendale, Brisbane  to have an impression taken of your face.
     
  2. Meet with one of our approved moulding experts in Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney (also Coffs Harbour and  Dubbo). 

  3. From time to time, we travel to other major capital cities in Australia to meet with clients and to take impressions –  please    register  your   interest in our mask and we will contact you to advise you of our next scheduled visit near you.
