The process of making our TrueFIT^™ Custom Mask requires us to meet each client to take an impression (or mould) of their face.  It is from this mould that we will hand-make the client’s mask.

There is a high level of detail necessary to make our mask, so we will only take the moulds ourselves or via our moulding partners based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney (Coffs Harbour & Dubbo).  We cannot accept a mould made by someone else and be bound by our guarantee over the quality of the resulting mask.

Clients outside of South-East Queensland or the above areas can either come to us or see us when we visit interstate capitals.
